Welcome to my tiny little corner of the world! My name is Julia Cafaro. I am professional photographer, a high school English teacher, mother to one amazing little girl, wife to one amazing man, and literature aficionado. I dream of seeing the world one day. Of seeing all the great places of human marvels, of sipping coffee in a beautiful Vancian café, gazing upon awe inspiring works of art, seeing some of the oldest libraries in creation, and breathing in all the cultures I have only ever read about. But, in the meantime, I travel through the pages of countless books. I pour over immense research over cultures from around the world- their history, language, art, customs, literature, movies, songs, and much more. I try to bring the world to my classroom and help my students see beyond the little slice of the world they know.
